You can make a complaint to the Practice Manager or Practice Business Manager in person or by contacting the surgery. You can do this by telephone, email or in writing.

Suggestions and Feedback Form

Only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you.

Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form.

Complaints Form

If you wish make a complaint you can contact the Practice Manager, either verbally, via email or written. We will endeavour to acknowledge any letter or complaints form within 3 workings of receipt, deal with the matter as promptly as possible, ususally within 20 working days depending on the nature of the complaint.
